    Mike Hanners and Natalie Duncan have been working on
    asbestos bankruptcy trust issues since 2000.  As attorneys
    for Silber Pearlman and Baron & Budd, we were involved in
    the Asbestos Claimants Committee’s drafting of the Trust
    Distribution Procedures (TDP) which served as the model
    for all of the asbestos bankruptcy trusts beginning with DII
    and Babcock & Wilcox.  Even with a thorough understanding
    of the TDP, the process of submitting claims to numerous
    different trusts can be complicated.  The Trustees for each
    Trust interpret the TDP differently.  This has resulted in the
    adoption of slightly different claim forms and different
    policies regarding what constitutes “credible” medical and
    exposure evidence for each Trust.  Let us assist you and
    your staff to ensure that your clients receive maximum value
    as expeditiously as possible.

    We can also assist in arbitrating claims or in drafting briefs
    to submit to the Trusts for the consideration of Individual
    Review valuation factors outlined in the TDP which are not
    captured on the claim forms such as disruption of
    household, family or recreational activities, disability and
